We are seeking a skilled and mission-aligned individual to join our team as a Volunteer Coordinator. This permanent part-time position involves managing the administrative aspects of our department, providing support to internal staff, and assisting with events as requested.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide professional, thorough, and timely administrative support, including responding to inquiries, filing, record-keeping, and photocopying.
New Recruit Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new recruits, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Financial Management: Ensure timely generation and distribution of government subsidy debtor invoices and other ad hoc debtor invoices, adhering to relevant AR processes and updating debtor information regularly.
Managerial Support: Provide information, reports, and diary support to managers as needed, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to phone calls, take messages, refer calls, and answer inquiries appropriately, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Diary and Event Management: Schedule meetings, including team meetings and annual conferences, and manage diaries to ensure efficient use of time.
Invoice Processing: Timely process invoices received for the department via the appropriate systems and processes.
Requirements:
Administrative Training: Possess an administrative training qualification.
Microsoft Office Applications: Have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Applications.
Anglican Diocese Knowledge: Have knowledge and understanding of the structures, organizations, culture, and functioning of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney.
SharePoint Experience: Experience using SharePoint (web-based file storage) is an advantage.
NSW Driver's License: Possess a NSW Driver's License.
