Job Overview

Charterhouse is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Perform various reconciliation tasks, including bank and credit card statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax returns and other financial reports
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and organize company events and functions
  • Onboard and offboard new employees
  • Coordinate team meetings and ensure effective internal communication

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with financial software, including Xero
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Full working rights in Australia

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation
