Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Manager to join our team at Charterhouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including ATO compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage the company's office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial and administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial software, including Xero.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
