This role is pivotal in delivering services to specialized cohorts, including participants under 65 at risk of entering aged care, individuals diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND), those with terminal illness and disability, and participants requiring hospital discharge support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support by applying established policies, principles, and procedures.
  • Organize team resources, including managing the team email inbox, calendars, and appointments, to align with priorities and deadlines.
  • Research and respond to general enquiries, as well as analyze documents and data to support team functions.
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents to facilitate efficient meetings.
  • Draft written communications and manage documents and databases to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize travel arrangements and manage financial reconciliations accurately.
  • Participate in project management tasks to help deliver on team priorities and objectives.
