Background Requirements
  • Prior experience working in agile and lean businesses is highly valued.
  • A strong background in category management across Grocery or Retail is essential.
  • Substantial experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment is required.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills are necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration.
