Chief Growth Officer

We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our team in a high-profile role.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expansion in a fast-paced environment. As a Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Campaign Development and Scaling: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy: Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Creative and Funnel Optimization: Lead the development of compelling ad creative and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on high-performing landing pages.
  • Partnership Management & Media Strategy: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate premium placements and custom deals.

You will work closely with our team to achieve the following goals:

  • Grow the user base from 30M to 100M within the next 12 months, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV at scale.
  • Develop a scalable creative engine: Create and lead processes to brief, test, and iterate performance-driven ad creatives – and hire supporting talent as needed.
  • Systematize landing page production: Own the process to launch, test, and scale high-converting landing pages across acquisition funnels.
  • Launch new channels: Identify, test, and scale new paid traffic sources beyond existing ones – bringing structure, speed, and efficiency.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance media.
  • A proven track record of scaling campaigns with clear business impact (e.g., CPA reduction, revenue growth).
  • Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics: tracking setups, postbacks, UTMs, pixel optimization.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills – you live in spreadsheets and dashboards.
