  • Strategically collaborate with senior executives to develop people plans that drive growth and transformation.
  • Oversight of key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance assessments, compensation, and retention.
  • Manage our annual talent and succession planning program, partnering with leaders to create meaningful talent & management plans.
  • End-to-end management and delivery of the employee engagement survey, ensuring we deliver actionable insights to enhance engagement.
  • Support leaders to manage employee relations matters and apply our people policies accurately across the organization.
  • Lead a variety of employee relations cases from managing underperformance to complex employee relations matters and advise on employment law ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Utilize P&C data and insights to make informed people decisions and identify emerging workforce trends and risks.
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion and ensure alignment with organizational values
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer as needed to implement transformation programs.
  • Promote safe work practices and psychological safety.
  • Support return-to-work programs, lead incident investigations, and contribute to occupational health & safety initiatives.
