Job Summary

The Chief Growth Officer will be pivotal in driving organic revenue growth across new pubs and bars. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the marketing lifecycle from Acquire to Turnaround to Grow, building and delivering data-led strategies aligned to commercial targets.

Key responsibilities include leading the marketing lifecycle across new venues, building and delivering data-led marketing strategies, executing campaigns that drive foot traffic and revenue growth, and using business intelligence tools to extract insights and inform strategy.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in growth, brand, or performance marketing with proven success in turnaround or integration environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and a sharp understanding of how marketing drives business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms and BI tools
  • Hospitality or multi-site experience highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field
