Job Summary

The Chief Growth Officer for Collections will focus on developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership in the collections outsourcing space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the collections business, focusing on identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that includes market research, competitive analysis, and targeted initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
  • Lead the development of innovative solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of clients and the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and client account teams.
Servicing and Default Servicing Offerings
  • Develop and refine the servicing and default servicing components, leveraging market intelligence and emerging trends to drive growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the development of cutting-edge digital solutions, leveraging native RPA capabilities and strategic partnerships to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the financial services or collections industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and market leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
