As a Treasure Hunter and Retail Floor Coordinator at Savers Australia, you will play a vital role in our mission. Reporting to the Production Manager at our Croydon store, you will be responsible for sorting donations from our charity partners and preparing them for our retail floor.

A typical day might include:

  • Accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, providing excellent service and sharing the Savers story
  • Sorting donations
  • Pricing, grading, and hanging product to ensure it's ready for the retail floor
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Safety and quality control measures

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Full-time availability, Monday to Thursday 7:30am-3:30pm, Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
  • A team player mindset, with a passion for collaboration and helping others achieve goals
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as retail, production, or hospitality
