About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information with professionalism and respect. Your primary objective will be to assist customers with stopping and reissuing reported lost or stolen cards, as well as lodging disputes for unauthorized transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Provide empathetic and respectful service to every customer interaction, displaying a genuine interest in their concerns.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate priority cases as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Lodge disputes for unauthorized transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining thorough documentation of all interactions.
- Educate customers on their rights and available options, promoting transparency and trust in our services.
