Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a territory plan for a defined geographic area that aligns with our annual operating plan
- Facilitate, coordinate, and manage educational meetings, round table discussions, and trade displays as required
- Collaborate with the QA & Commercial teams to prioritize activities aligned to the regional annual operating plan
- Utilize data insights and other reports to ensure activities remain current and effective in building awareness and adoption of our medical and wellness portfolio
- Collaborate with the commercial marketing team in developing effective assets, programs, and campaigns to support medical outreach efforts
- Deliver scientific presentations 1:1 and in group settings to support the quality use of medicines
- Gather and communicate clinical insights identified through interactions with KOLs and HCPs
- Interpret and relay external feedback to senior management
- Provide monthly reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of activities
- Attend relevant scientific congresses within the region
- Ensure all activities are compliant with applicable regulations and Code of Conduct for the region
- Maintain accurate reporting as required by the Medical Director
- A relevant qualification such as MD, PhD, PharmD, PharmB or BSc desirable
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strategic mindset and commercial acumen to connect research with referral pathways, strategic objectives, and global opportunities
- Presence and ability to engage and influence doctors and senior leaders in industry
- Strong knowledge of the Australian Medicines Code & Australian healthcare system
- Critical analysis, data interpretation, and conceptual skills
- Proven ability to communicate scientific information effectively across diverse audiences from KOLs to internal staff
- Experience in therapeutic areas of pain, sleep, and neurology considered an advantage
- Able to work in a team and independently with focus on open, clear, and collaborative relationships, aligned on common goals
- Desire to learn, ability to quickly absorb new information and understand its impact on the program
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
