This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of diverse community groups. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with our team, clients, partners, and other stakeholders to establish successful community projects.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting a range of community groups for our client and impact projects using data analysis and insights. You will also develop custom analytical strategies, manage events, and foster strong relationships with our intersectional communities.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- A commercial mindset and 2+ years of experience in an early-stage startup or agency
- Deep understanding of community dynamics and a passion for elevating women of colour
- Ability to operate independently, demonstrate creativity, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
