About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to support the learning and development programs across the business unit.

This contract offers a unique opportunity to work in Sydney Olympic Park with flexible work-from-home options, catering to different work styles.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the learning and development team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide and local learning programs, incorporating engaging communications and intranet updates on opportunities.
  • Manage vendor contracts, onboarding, and purchasing/invoicing for the L&D team, maintaining effective relationships and cost control.
  • Coordinate projects, administer systems, and provide subject matter expertise for the Compass Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a Learning and Development Support/Admin capacity, with a strong understanding of learning management systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and clear project outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive offer includes a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting the company's commitment to employee satisfaction and growth.
