We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a General Practice Training Coordinator.
Company OverviewThe Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the peak body for general practitioners in Australia. We are dedicated to supporting GPs throughout their careers, from education and training to advocacy and research.
Salary and BenefitsThis full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As our General Practice Training Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of high-quality medical education programs. This includes:
- Collaborating with regional and local teams to develop and implement GP training initiatives
- Liaising with practice managers and supervisors to ensure seamless integration of training programs
- Providing day-to-day support for medical education aspects of the program
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the general practice environment
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Passion for assisting registrars and GP training
- Good working knowledge of requirements for the AGPT program
