Role Overview
This role is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of non-accredited training programs across our national business and individual units. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and clients to design, develop, and update training materials to meet identified needs. They will also be responsible for implementing assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with business units to design, develop, and update training programs to meet identified needs* Proactively incorporate initiatives for face-to-face or online implementation depending on the requirement* Collaborate with state or national stakeholders and clients to deliver training programs* Implement assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs* Maintain awareness of industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions that effectively contribute to learning and assessment that complies with regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements
* Must hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education* Demonstrated experience of developing training and assessment materials linked to specific units of competency and qualification* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail* Well-versed in instructional design and development of high-quality, engaging training materials and resources to suit the needs of diverse cohorts, aligned with adult learning principles* Reliable time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes* Good working knowledge of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) and Standards for Registered Training Organisations* Experience in Articulate and Workday systems is a must

About the Opportunity
We offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
