Training Program Coordinator

Charterhouse is seeking a skilled Training Facilitator to join their team in Sydney CBD. As a Training Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support online.

This is an 8-week contract paying $720 per day + super. The role is full-time in the office.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders, work collaboratively within teams, and deliver training for online assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing support strategies to prepare participants for successful online delivery
  • Evaluating outcomes to ensure objectives are met and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Providing responsive advice to senior managers and reporting on progress and achievements

You will also have the capacity to harness technology to develop and deliver innovative programs, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

The successful candidate will have experience in education, preferably in government and/or non-government sectors.
