We are currently seeking a highly skilled Professional Cloud Training Program Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess a strong background in training and development.

In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and administering high-quality training initiatives in technical and non-technical learning programs for AWS Support. Your primary focus will be on training coordination, running programs, monitoring impact and success metrics, and assisting with some curriculum development. You will play a significant role in the development of a successful and effective global support team.

You will work closely with Global Program Managers, Site Leads, and Operations Managers to ensure adoption, execution, and iteration of training programs at your site. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across regions to share best practices, analyze data, and create project plans to assist engineers in their development. Additionally, you will work within our Learning Management System (LMS) to track key metrics such as attendance and completion rates.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in program or project management, training delivery, and adult learning principles. They should be able to apply these principles to design and develop training that best fits the needs of the audience and content (online, classroom, or blended learning methods).

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
