Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Duty Manager to assist with the management of the day-to-day operations of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions. The successful candidate will ensure all brand service standards are maintained in these areas, profitability is maximised, and Guest and Team Member needs are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions
  • Maintain all brand service standards in these areas
  • Maximise profitability and meet or exceed Guest and Team Member needs
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members
  • Manage rosters and costs to achieve budgets and targets
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
  • Strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of labour laws and employment visa requirements in the relevant state
