Duty Manager

At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Duty Manager - Front Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the daily operations of Front Office and other departments as required.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including guest satisfaction, loyalty sign-ups, and upselling.
- Take initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with our guests.
- Actively resolve guest requests, complaints, and challenges.
- Assist with front office activities from check-in to check-out and everything in between, while ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
- Maintain brand standards.
- Support the Front Office Manager in rostering while working within a budgeted payroll.
- Be responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or environment, preferably in mid-scale or luxury hotels.
- Demonstrated ability to surprise our guests.
- Confidence and the ability to delight and resolve guest issues.
- Time management and multi-tasking skills.
- High security awareness.
- Experience in Opera Cloud preferred.
- MUST have a current NSW RSA and Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Open manual driver's license is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays as per business demands.
