Customer Experience Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Claims Specialist to join our team in the Sunshine Coast HQ. This role will play a central part in delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the claims process.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of claims, providing top-notch service to customers, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure smooth claim processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of claims to deliver timely and effective resolutions
- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with internal teams, assessors, and service providers to resolve claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claims process
- You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- You have experience in administration, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of administrative processes
- You are a problem-solver at heart, able to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- You are familiar with case or portfolio management principles, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule, with no weekends required
- An attractive annual salary of approximately $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience
