Customer Claims Resolution Specialist

About the Role
This position plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, particularly during critical moments following an insured event.
As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for initiating and navigating the claims process with utmost efficiency and empathy.
You will act as a liaison between customers and service providers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues in a mutually beneficial manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial assessment and prompt resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely claims processing.
- Identification and implementation of solutions to complex problems, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Maintenance of accurate records and documentation throughout the claims lifecycle.
What You'll Bring:
- A proven background in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on empathetic service delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex scenarios and find innovative solutions.

We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
