We're looking for exceptional individuals to support our clients during their most critical moments. As a frontline support specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us after an insured event.

The role requires a strong background in customer service and a genuine desire to assist customers when they need it most. You'll engage effectively with customers and service providers, using your problem-solving skills to navigate various scenarios and find mutually beneficial solutions.

You'll also act as a direct link between customers and service providers, ensuring seamless communication and creating a positive claims experience for Youi's customers.

About the Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us after an insured event.
  • Assist customers during their crucial moments by smoothly initiating their claims process.
  • Find win-win solutions for both our clients and Youi, efficiently troubleshooting any issues.
  • Act as a direct link between customers and service providers, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Use your customer service skills to create a positive and memorable claims experience for Youi's customers.

  • Empathy and patience to provide emotional support and guidance to customers during stressful situations.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our competitive salary package includes 22 Days Annual Leave, plus Volunteer leave and Annual Salary Reviews.
