Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new markets and opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Identify new markets and opportunities for growth
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Client Management
    • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Identify and address client needs and concerns
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, industry stakeholders, and senior management
    • Provide high-quality customer service

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the heavy equipment fabrication, repair, and refurbishment industry
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of fabrication processes, machinery, and industry standards
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Certifications
    • Ability to pass necessary medicals, including Drug & Alcohol testing
    • Valid Rights to Work in Australia
