About the Role

Job Description

The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for driving effective GRC management across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of all governance, risk and compliance matters within the department
  • Supporting the delivery of organisational objectives through GRC management
  • Promoting a risk-aware culture within the organisation
  • Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Reporting on risk and compliance issues to senior management
  • Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead strategically
  • Expertise in risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies
