To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead strategically

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and manage relationships
- Experience in preparing and presenting complex reports for senior management and committees
- Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements and industry best practices
