Principal Investigator Compliance Specialist

As a Senior Investigator Assessment Officer with Metro North Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and integrity within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-level investigations into complaints of corrupt conduct and misconduct within Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
- Provide authoritative advice and support to Metro North on the assessment and management of complex and sensitive complaints and public interest disclosures.
- Maintain high-level knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
We are seeking an experienced investigator with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team. As a Principal Investigator Compliance Specialist, you will have a proven track record of conducting complex investigations and providing expert advice to senior stakeholders.
You will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to interpret complex legislation and policies. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will need to build relationships with staff at all levels and navigate sensitive and complex issues.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, criminology, business).
- At least 5 years of experience in investigative or compliance roles.
