We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CreditorWatch. As a key member of our Customer Experience Group, you will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive value from our products.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and adoption rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Capture and qualify leads to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or a related field.
- Strong communication, objection handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
