About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help us build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base, collaborating with Regional Sales Managers, and providing exceptional support to our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new installers to expand our client base.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to onboard new installers and integrate our solutions into their sales and business operations.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and business value propositions to effectively communicate with our channel partners.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers within customer accounts and become a strategic advisor.
- Proactively support and enable a portfolio of qualified installers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Collect actionable customer and market intelligence systematically.
- Introduce new products to channel partners and provide basic training.
- Develop and manage channel partners' pipelines proactively, reporting, and creating solutions to overcome barriers to success.
- Represent Enphase positively in the marketplace and assist in organizing customer visits, industry trade shows, and strategic events.
- Proven experience in customer success or a similar role (min 3 years' experience).
- Strong understanding of Solar and home battery solutions and business value propositions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.
- Proficiency in SFDC and sales processes.
- Ability to collect, relay, and analyze market intelligence.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events.
