Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our e-commerce solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Functional and Technical Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their technical and functional needs.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of client implementations, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Feature Identification and Prioritization: Collaborate with clients to identify potential features and improvements, and prioritize work items in the project and sprint backlog.
- Ongoing Reporting: Provide regular reporting to clients on the status of their accounts, including earned value characteristics, time characteristics, and invoicing planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in IT, Digital, or E-commerce.
- Certifications: Certified SCRUM Master/ ITIL, Magento Certified Solutions Specialist (optional).
- Skills: Fluency in written and verbal communication, ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences, and understanding of web-related technologies and development patterns.
