HR Program Coordinator

This is an exceptional opportunity to enhance your People and Culture expertise in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. As a key member of the BAUER MEDIA team, you will work closely with the Director of People, Culture & Workplace to manage strategic Programs and coordinate various activities within the P&C department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Prepare contracts and contract variation letters, distributing them via electronic signature platform.
- Data Analytics: Maintain accurate P&C data records and prepare regular reports, including a monthly dashboard.
- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative tasks such as responding to emails, updating intranet content, drafting correspondence, and other support activities within the P&C team.
- Performance Cycle Coordination: Oversee the annual Performance, Coaching & Development cycle, including ELMO system configuration.
- Engagement Surveys: Coordinate 6-monthly Engagement Surveys, setting up the Culture Amp platform.
- Leave Programs: Manage the Parental Leave Program and Recognition Program, including nominations and voucher distribution.
- Return-to-Work Coordination: Plan and act as the primary contact for Workers Compensation claims.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR with professional affiliations (e.g., AHRI) desirable.
- Previous experience in a Coordinator or Administrator role.
- General interest and passion for People & Culture/HR.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- A proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
