About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team at Lotus People as an HR Administrator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating onboarding, and providing administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review position descriptions and screen candidates
- Draft contracts and manage onboarding arrangements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Provide candidate feedback throughout recruitment
- Maintain internal recruitment workflows
- Update files and manage the HR inbox
- Support with general HR administrative tasks
Requirements
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of recruitment processes
- Proficient in HR systems (ELMO experience is a plus)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
