Client Relationship Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to work closely with our valued partners, driving sales and business growth through the DIY/Trade Channel.

  • Align customer thinking with the retail landscape by leveraging knowledge and expertise.
  • Carefully articulate customer plans through field operations to ensure accurate development and execution.
  • Manage timely implementation of partner activations and objectives.
  • Regularly report back to partners on project progress and activation.

  • Lead the field as a brand ambassador, keeping teams informed about partner products and activations.
  • Identify new channel and customer opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification (desired).
  • Significant retail/DIY experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or account/client management with direct exposure to national home improvement retailers.
  • Project management, strategic planning, and timely delivery within budget.
  • Sales experience and natural rapport-building ability.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
