The Position:
The position of Business Support Coordinator - Professional is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the effective coordination of the in-house Professional Sales & Service department functions to ensure all Miele Professional customers and clients are receiving superior service including accurate and timely administration of all Professional sales and service activities.
The Business Support Coordinator Professional will focus on achieving customer sales & service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations sourced from regular customer surveys; resolving problems and identifying system and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate quotations for non-contract and contract maintenance requests
- Create and send maintenance renewals 2 months in advance and follow up any contracts that are close to expiry or expired
- Action all service requests received via the service inbox and phone line
- Proactively maximise and organise job schedules to increase efficiency and customer/repair visits
- Keying spare part orders where required
- Provide cover and assist with enquiries received via the sale inbox and phoneline
- Assist with preparing and sending out sales quotes
- Assist with order input of Professional orders, including maintenance of the order database
- Assist in local chemical and product ordering where required
- Assist with relevant Sales Coordination administration work such as opening of new credit accounts, returns, updating and maintaining CRM database, prospecting and qualifying new sales leads generated by phone, website, events and campaigns
- Assist with the maintenance and scheduling of Professional orders, including liaison with customers regarding the delivery and backorders and coordinating site to site deliveries with external transport in line with customer expectations
About You:
- Service /Scheduling experience favoured but not imperative
- Demonstrable customer service focus with the ability to empathise with customer issues whilst resolving these
- Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage competing demands within specific timeframes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others
- Intermediate skills and knowledge with Microsoft applications
