This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in business development, sales, and training. As an Account Manager/New Business Development representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and executing promotional plans.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Prospect and acquire new customers.
- Achieve monthly targets and metrics.
- Train and coach customer staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or account management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
