As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in understanding our customers' challenges and opportunities in the South Brisbane area. Your influence and customer insights will drive the identification of right solutions from our portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive new opportunities within the market through solutions, new customers, and segments.
  • Manage and maintain a 12-month rolling order book and pipeline with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence on competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Achieve territory and team objectives aligned to the region and Sales Incentive Scheme targets.
  • Perform administrative tasks as part of your role.

What We're Looking for:

  • > 3 years of field sales experience within a relevant sector, preferably industrial.
  • The ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape direction.
  • An understanding of sales process methodology and the ability to apply it effectively.
  • Strong commercial and critical thinking skills.
  • A positive and influential presence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to translate product features and benefits into a value proposition.
  • Experience dealing with various stakeholders and Tier 1-3 customers.
