The Art of Sales Excellence

As a Territory Sales Manager at Hymix, you will play a key role in understanding our customers' challenges and opportunities within the South Brisbane area. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying solutions from our offer portfolio and driving new opportunities within the market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through sales activation and utilization of sales processes.
  • Manage and maintain a 12-month rolling order book and pipeline with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
  • Achieve territory and team objectives aligned with the region and Sales Incentive Scheme targets.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of field sales experience in a relevant sector, preferably industrial.
  • Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape direction.
  • Understanding of sales process methodology and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Strong commercial and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive and influential presence in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to translate product features and benefits into a value proposition.
  • Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders and Tier 1-3 customers.
