**The Opportunity**:
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Territory Manager to join our team in Burleigh Heads (4220). As the Territory Manager you will proactively identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve territory sales budgets.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Manage and develop existing client accounts within the assigned territory, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective customer solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to effectively communicate and position Veolia's offerings.
**What you'll need to be successful**:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales roles (experience within the waste is favourable but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
