As a Territory Sales Manager at Hymix, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the South Brisbane area. Your expertise in understanding customer challenges and opportunities will enable you to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, manage a rolling order book and pipeline, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.
  • Manage and maintain a 12-month rolling order book and pipeline with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Some administrative tasks are also part of this role.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of field sales experience in a relevant sector, preferably industrial.
  • Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape sales direction.
  • Understanding of sales process methodology and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Strong commercial and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive and influential presence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to translate product features and benefits into a value proposition.
  • Experience dealing with various stakeholders and customers.
