Job Description
  • Lead and support teams in providing individualised care that promotes independence and community inclusion.
  • Oversee relevant systems, manage staff, resolve issues, and coordinate team meetings.
  • Support strategic goals alongside the Directors and ensure compliance with WHS standards.
  • Coordinate in-home, respite, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, mentor and supervise support workers, and conduct risk assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you will need a minimum of two years' experience in the disability sector as a Case Manager or Service Coordinator. You will also require First Aid/CPR certification, an NDIS Worker Screening Card, a Blue Card, a valid Queensland driver's license, and a willingness to undergo a Police Check.
