Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at the Sydney CBD client site. As a key member of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for team members, members, board, executives, and guests by providing seamless support for events, community activations, tech hubs, and facilities.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house services, including meeting room bookings, catering requests, and concierge supplies effectively.
  • Handle courier requests, deliveries, and mail distribution efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
  • Support event execution with layout, setup, and breakdown activities, guaranteeing seamless delivery.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including building inductions and access card management.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and uniform inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering as necessary.
  • Assist in implementing and communicating emergency procedures, ensuring all team members and guests are informed and prepared.
