About the Role

The Infrastructure Delivery Lead oversees and facilitates the delivery of infrastructure scope of works, ensuring safe and coordinated delivery of key infrastructure outcomes. This stakeholder-facing role requires establishing and managing expectations with the business and supporting the Infrastructure teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing multiple infrastructure streams as an enabler of LOB change initiatives
  • Providing support for Project Managers, including technical coordination and status updates
  • Managing workflow and overseeing implementation for LoB projects into Infra team
  • Working with Infrastructure line managers to organize resourcing for delivery tasks
  • Facilitating the ordering of infrastructure hardware/software as required
  • Escalation point for customer stakeholders – Change initiative challenges
About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience in delivering infrastructure solutions, technical awareness of infrastructure products, and business analysis skills for supporting business requirement definition. Experience with outcome-based setups, delivering on hard commitments, and fixed timelines is also essential.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Our company offers flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.
