The Role

Assist the Site Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of project site works, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Governance: Review and understand the documents and plans that govern the project delivery
  • Subcontractor Management: Ensure that subcontractor management plans comply with project requirements for safety, quality, methodology, and resourcing
  • Project Planning: Review and understand project specifications and drawings, ensuring that the project delivery plans are practical and applicable
  • Site Coordination: Facilitate the site set up and maintenance, in line with the project plans
  • Operational Efficiency: Facilitate the coordination of the day-to-day site activities to ensure all site undertakings are in line with the project plans
  • Short-Term Lookahead: Contribute to, understand, and implement the short-term lookahead program for delivery
  • Performance Management: Manage subcontractor performance
  • Quality Assurance: Manage site works throughout the duration of the project to ensure defect-free handover

Requirements

  • Experience: Experienced in a similar role with large building project experience
  • Project Background: Ideally completed 3 – 4 projects with the new build commercial sector up to $200m
  • Credentials: Trade background and/or relevant qualification
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated IR experience, and the ability to drive a strong HSE and QA culture onsite and in-line with The ADCO way

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
