This leadership role will oversee land opportunities and business strategy alignment, lead innovation initiatives, and ensure the company remains a market partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with land developers to identify partnership opportunities aligned with business needs
- Shape land strategy and geographic market planning across brands
- Influence lot typologies, estate planning, and housing product development in response to market conditions
- Oversee display home portfolio, including site selection, acquisition negotiations, and delivery timelines
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide efficient service to partners
- Partner with industry stakeholders on innovation projects exploring future-focused technologies and designs
Requirements:

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in residential construction, land development, or property-related industries
- Proven leadership experience supporting individual team member development and fostering high-performance culture
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels
- Confident using data and market insights to guide decision-making and identify trends
- High emotional intelligence, authenticity, and professionalism in all interactions
