Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned partnership manager to spearhead our strategic partnerships with industry leaders.

  • Partnership Development & Management: Initiate, nurture and grow strategic partnerships with key industry players. Manage relationships across multiple partners to drive mutual success and business growth through joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and measurable influenced pipeline.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Deeply understand the challenges and opportunities within the frontline workforce market. Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to enhance joint value propositions, GTM efforts, and integrated offerings that result in creation and growth of influenced pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with partner-driven initiatives and value delivery. Lead and coordinate the execution of collaborative projects with cross-functional teams to successfully launch joint GTM initiatives.
