Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role that supports the planning, implementation, and delivery of gaming operations training requirements. The successful candidate will ensure a high level of capabilities across varied areas within gaming operations, with a focus on statutory requirements, guest service, and team engagement.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Development & Capability Executive to join our team at The Star Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver thrilling and memorable guest experiences in a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare training materials and facilitate training sessions with the gaming operations team
  • Regularly promote compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Ensure all relevant statutory, regulatory, industry standards are met
  • Build strong network and stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  • Provide leadership and act as a mentor for gaming operations team members
About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Learning and Development and be passionate about providing exceptional guest services. They will thrive on building strong relationships, confident in their written and verbal communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and flexible availability.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at AU$120,000 per annum, plus benefits. We offer a range of flexible working options to find a balance between work and life that's right for you and your unique well-being needs.
