Job Description

As the Operations Director, you will oversee all operations within Australia, playing a critical role in driving company success, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, while upholding the highest quality and compliance standards.

This role combines leadership and team management, strategic planning and business development, operational oversight, financial performance, client and stakeholder relationship management, continuous improvement and risk management.

Your success will be underpinned by your extensive people management and leadership capabilities around performance and process improvements, fostering team collaboration and a positive workplace culture.

You will also leverage superior negotiation and communication skills to engage with executive-level stakeholders and foster long-term relationships. Additionally, you will utilize strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and business development expertise to drive company growth.

A minimum of 10 years' industry knowledge and expertise across international logistics, customs procedures, and global freight forwarding in a senior management capacity is essential for this role.
