Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Operations Director to join our team at Tradewind Australia.
About the RoleThe Clinical Operations Director will be responsible for providing clinical leadership across our services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the oversight of effective and efficient delivery of clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership through individual supervision, group facilitation, and clinical practice development strategies.
- Support staff in using practice models, guidelines, and frameworks to achieve client goals.
- Provide clinical oversight of complex incidents, ensuring alignment with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Assist in monitoring ongoing clinical practice and accreditation requirements.
- Masters level qualification in Psychology or Social Work.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical and practice roles with a focus on Out of Home Care (OOHC), trauma-informed practice, and complex behaviour support.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the capacity to translate strategies into operational activities.
- Experience in clinical, risk, and human resource management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the organisation.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
