English and Catholic Studies Teacher

This role offers a unique chance to teach both English and Religious Education in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Salary: $80,184 to $130,910 per year, plus superannuation based on years of teaching service.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate teacher to join our team as an English and Religious Education Teacher.
- You will have the opportunity to guide students in exploring literature and language while also assisting them in understanding and exploring religious beliefs, values, and practices within the Catholic Tradition.
- Your commitment to continuous growth and professional development will be essential in upholding the highest standards of teaching and inspiring the next generation of thinkers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching degree.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) accreditation.
- Teaching Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation.
In addition, as a Religious Education Teacher, you must be a practising Catholic and hold accreditation to teach Religious Education in accordance with the CECG Accreditation policy.
