A dynamic professional is sought to lead client relationships and drive business growth through strategic oversight, collaboration, and project management.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Act as primary point of contact for clients, build and maintain strong relationships, understand client business needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Project Oversight and Delivery: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementation, monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets, and provide strategic oversight for solution customization and integration.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth, partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals, and present solutions to clients.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with technical teams to align project objectives, guide and mentor junior team members, and enhance delivery quality and account management skills.
- Governance and Reporting: Define governance models to streamline communication and decision-making processes, provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to clients and internal leadership.
- The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in P&C domain solution implementation or account management roles, in-depth knowledge of Policy, Billing, and Claims modules, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
