Job Opportunity

A dynamic professional is sought to lead business development initiatives for a state-of-the-art turbine and compressor repair facility.

The successful candidate will drive client activity, develop sales campaigns, and deliver customized repairs to meet the needs of various market segments. They will actively manage designated accounts, create business opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. You should have a deep understanding of rotating equipment, particularly steam turbines and compressors, as well as experience in sales and business development.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage select accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Client Managers to secure repair opportunities.
  • Build customer knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
  • Enhance customer relationships and satisfaction through exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of profitable business growth.
  • Good understanding of the Australian oil & gas and industrial markets.
